OC Electronics breathed new life into two of my malfunctioning TVs yesterday (large-screen LCD & LED sets) and they are functioning perfectly! They did quality work and showed up early and ready to get to work, and they were more than comfortable with my watching the repairs and explaining what was being done step-by-step. They taught me a lot! LOL!! I'll definitely call them for future repairs, as they are among the few groups that will perform the repairs on-site. Outstanding!!

OC was there when we really needed help on a Sunday. He was fair and he was honest. Thank you for getting our refrigerator running properly again back in October 2019 and it is still running smooth!

A very professional company who did an great job fixing our dryer. I searched for services like theirs on Home Advisor and asked them to quote the job. Within 24 hours, they were calling to schedule the appointment- I didn't have to chase anyone down, leave messages or follow up to get their attention. They scheduled a half hour window to show up (where most companies schedule 1-5 hour windows), so I wasn't waiting around all day for them to show up, and they even came a little earlier, which was great for me. Friendly folks fixed our dryer and serviced it, and the price was more than fair. I'll definitely be calling them again if I need some appliance service in the future. Highly, highly recommend!

This company was dispatched through my home warranty company. From the beginning, everything was presented very well. My washer machine was leaking and the technician would not leave until he found the reason for the leak. I would suggest this company to anyone who has appliances that are being problematic. Like most I called around to several companies to get an idea of the cost involved in our dishwasher installation and most didn't answer or call back. 5 Stars - Once again, OC Electronics has come to our aid, when our old Kenmore built-in microwave suddenly died and the buttons stopped registering. He and Neal quickly repaired the device and it is now "functioning within normal parameters". In the past, they repaired our Samsung dryer and it continues to work great. Thank you, Guys. You do excellent work and I will highly recommend your firm to any in need of electronic repair work.

5 Stars - My dishwasher was not draining the water and another company replaced the water pump. However the problem continued and I called the insurance again. This time they referred OC Electronics to fix the problem. Neil & Nicholas from OC Electronics came and immediately identified the problem. It turned out the previous company did not check the draining tube coming out of the dishwasher and it had a piece of glass stuck in it and therefore preventing water from draining. These guys not only knew what they were doing, they were also very kind, compassionate and professional. The type of virtues that are lacking during these times. Thank you guys for a job well done.

5 Stars - Art at OC Electronics is fantastic! He responded quickly when I requested a quote. He and his partner came out to the house and installed a brand new garbage disposal. They had to do a bunch of re-jiggering because the sink and electrical wasn't set up for a disposal. They went above and beyond the call of duty. I'm very pleased with their services and will definitely hire them again for future projects. Very polite and friendly too! They have a 90-day warranty on the work - so that's great!
